The Small and Medium Business Corporation’s loans under a loan agreement on December 20, 2006, September 18, 2009, and November 12, 2009 (Defendant B guaranteed the Defendant Company’s loans to the extent of KRW 99,984,000 for a loan agreement on December 20, 2006, KRW 180,00 for a loan agreement on September 18, 2009, KRW 120,000 for a loan agreement on November 12, 2009, up to KRW 120,000 for a loan agreement on November 25, 2012, Article 208 (3) 3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act for the Plaintiff’s loans to the Defendants acquired on May 25, 2012.
