Criminal facts
Defendant
A is engaged in the operation of the E rocketing taxi belonging to B, and the victim D is engaged in the operation of the E rocketing taxi.
At around 03:50 on September 7, 2016, the Defendant driven the said Crocketing taxi and proceeded at the speed of two lanes at the direction of Ansan City from the downstream to the direction of Ansan City.
On the other hand, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, so in such cases, it is necessary to confirm whether a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a motor vehicle passing through the intersection by reducing the speed and keeping the front door well, and to safely drive the motor vehicle according to the traffic signal and prevent the accident in advance.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and conflict with the front part of the vehicle that the victim is driving on the right side of the direction of the proceeding and the left or right-hand turn in contravention of the signal signal at the front of the vehicle being driven by the victim.
As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as catum dye, requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment by occupational negligence as above.
