The Organizing Committee of the EXPO 2012 EXPO that is an incorporated foundation for legal provisions (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Committee of the EXPO 2012 EXPO") was changed to the "Special Act on Assistance to the EXPO 2012 EXPO 2012 EXPO 2012" for the purpose of promoting marine science and technology, promoting the development of marine industry, promoting balanced development and preservation of marine resources and coasts, and enhancing national prestige, and further contributing to human co-operation, as the whole amendment of the Act was made on January 26, 2012, and the name of the law was changed to the "Special Act on Assistance to and Ex-Post Facto Utilization of the EXPO 2012 EXPO 201" upon the amendment of the Act on December 11, 2012, the name of the law was changed to the "Special Act on the Assistance to and Ex-Post Facto Utilization of the EXPO 2012 EXPO 202 Yeosu 202 Yeosu 202.202.22.12.

On October 29, 2010, the non-party Organizing Committee entered into a service contract with the plaintiffs to provide the above Chairperson with a total project amount of KRW 47,247,00,000,000, and the total project period from October 29, 2010 to November 12, 2012. The non-party Organizing Committee entered into a contract with the plaintiffs to change the total project amount of the above Agency services to KRW 58,180,00,000,00, as the non-party Organizing Committee decides to entrust the plaintiffs with an additional service of operating exhibition centers and exhibition facilities.

Then, on March 19, 2012, the non-party Organizing Committee has changed the total business amount to KRW 50,872,00,000 with respect to the above agency services.
