1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, around April 19, 2010, lent KRW 40 million to the Defendant. However, on the ground that the Defendant did not pay it, the Plaintiff sought the payment of the said loan and damages for delay on the ground of nonperformance.

2. Judgment rendered for confession of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
