1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 and the interest rate therefor from October 5, 2005 to the date of full payment.

Indication of claim: The Seoul Southern District Court 2004Kadan59861 dated April 4, 2005 against Defendant C and the second suit for the extension of the prescription of claim pursuant to the conciliation protocol as well as the decision substituting conciliation as of April 4, 2005 against Defendant B;
