A. The Plaintiffs’ patented invention is the patent holder of the following patented invention (hereinafter “instant patented invention”). On April 8, 2015, Plaintiff A completed partial transfer registration of the right to the instant patented invention to Plaintiff DasungS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff DasungS”), a company that engages in the business of leasing and selling construction materials, etc. on April 8, 2015.

Accordingly, the Plaintiffs currently share the patent right of the patented invention of this case.
