1. As to KRW 59,890,583 and KRW 36,000 among them, the Defendant shall annually pay to the Plaintiff KRW 59,890,583 from December 19, 2014 to May 12, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor”, respectively.
