C is the owner of a fishing ground management ship D(6.36 tons), and the defendant A is the representative director of a fishery partnership corporation B.

B The fishery partnership corporation is a person who exercises the fishery right [the fish farming (Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10), total area of 250,00 square meters] of the fish farm located in the Incheon po-gun-gun.

1 C or a fishery right holder designated to use a control vessel violating the Fisheries Act (limited to the use of control vessels) by Defendant A shall not use the control vessel for catching, gathering, or cultivating marine animals or plants on the waters other than the designated fishing ground area or the area approved.

C At around 04:00 on June 14, 2019, in order to collect the sea ginseng of the fish farm located in the above ero-gun, Haak-gun, Haak-gun, Haak-gun, Haak-gun, Haak-gun, Haak-gun, Haak-gun, at around 06:10 on the same day, captured the sea ginseng, which is a marine animals and plants cultivated or inhabited in the above fish farm, by leaving the sea near the Y-gun, Y-gun, Incheon (N 37-12.11, N 126-23.07) on the same day, and leaving the sea water in the above fish farm, from 06:30 to 09:0 on the same day.
