The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found Defendant A guilty on the ground that all of the facts charged in this case against Defendant A and the facts charged in this case against Defendant C constituted a case where there is no proof of crime, and found Defendant C not guilty. There is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the duty to designate a conductor under the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the relation with a considerable person, or omission of judgment, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
