The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court’s rejection of the grounds of appeal as to mistake of facts, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, which determined that the attempted rape and the charges of this case may be recognized, did not err by violating logical and empirical rules and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
