A. The Plaintiff is an individual entrepreneur who leases construction machinery and supplies aggregate, etc. with the trade name of C, and the Defendant Company is a company that performs civil engineering and construction work business.

B. After the Defendant was awarded a contract for the construction of the Korea Agricultural Products Distribution Center with DF (hereinafter “DF”) from DF, the Defendant entered into a subcontract with E (hereinafter “E”) regarding reinforced concrete construction and soil construction among them.

C. In addition, the Defendant was awarded a contract with FFF Agricultural Cooperatives for the Construction of Agricultural Products Distribution Center (hereinafter “FFF Nonghyup”) and entered into a subcontract with E as to reinforced concrete construction and soil construction among them.

2. The plaintiff's assertion

A. Upon receiving a request for the lease of necessary construction machinery from G, the general manager of the Defendant’s overall part of the claim for rent for construction machinery related to the construction machinery construction works of the AFF, and from February 11, 2014 to the site of the DF, the same year
