1. As to KRW 42,694,381 and KRW 40,904,328 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from July 3, 2018 to October 15, 2018.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (Provided, That only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment pursuant to the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., amended shall be recognized, and the remainder claims shall be dismissed) shall be dismissed.
