When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

An international marriage broker shall obtain personal information from a user who has entered into an international marriage brokerage contract and the other party to the international marriage brokerage, such as "sex experience, health status, occupation, sexual violence, domestic violence, child abuse, and child abuse, and criminal experience corresponding to imprisonment without prison labor or heavier punishment for the latest ten years," and provide the other party and the user with such information in writing, respectively.

Nevertheless, on March 15, 2017, the Defendant entered into an international marriage brokerage agreement with D at the office of the marriage information company C, which was operated by the Defendant in North-gu, North Korea on March 15, 2017. On April 2, 2017, the Defendant introduced 8 women of Vietnam, such as D, from Vietnam to the same person, and did not provide the above Vietnam women with personal information in writing.
