Article 2. Lease Contract Terms

1. The term of this lease contract is from June 1, 2015 to May 30, 2017.

Provided, That if the construction and business preparation are completed before the contract period, it shall be deemed a normal business from the day.

Article 3 Rental Deposit and Rent

1. The deposit for lease under this Agreement shall be KRW 800,000,000 and shall be payable KRW 300,000,000 upon the preparation of the contract, and shall be payable KRW 500,000,000 on the first day of the commencement of the lease contract ( June 1, 2015) or the first day of the business under paragraph 3 of this Article whichever comes earlier.

3. After the date of conclusion of a lease contract, the defendant may prepare construction works and business preparation for the normal business, and the monthly rent shall be exempted for the same period; and

Provided, That general management expenses shall be borne.

When the defendant starts the normal business before the lease period, he/she shall calculate a daily fee and pay the normal rent if he/she does not do so, and if he/she does not do so, June 1, 2015.
