1. Defendant C: (a) KRW 832,602,00 for Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 330,000,000 for Plaintiff B; and (c) KRW 50,000 for Defendant D to Plaintiff B; and
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. From July 2013 to October 2015, Plaintiff A lent a total of KRW 945 billion to Defendant C, Plaintiff B extended a total of KRW 360 million to Defendant C, and KRW 50 million to Defendant D, respectively.
B. Since the Plaintiffs were partly reimbursed from Defendant C, Plaintiff A has a claim of KRW 832,602,00 against Defendant C, and Plaintiff B has a claim of KRW 30 million against Defendant C, and KRW 50 million against Defendant D.
2. Grounds: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
