1. The defendant shall pay 34,853,885 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 5, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without any ground (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the part that only the amount calculated by the rate of 12% per annum shall be dismissed.
