A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a car in D Tbluri.
On May 2, 2018, while the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a alcohol level of 0.08% at around 07:40%, while driving the vehicle at a speed of 0.08%, and driving the front road at a speed of about 50km per hour at a speed of 1-lane Do, the Defendant continued to receive the victim’s treatment on the left side of the victim F (M., 26 years old) driving G 14-A4 (the victim’s tension on the left side of the said 5-day driver’s vehicle), and continued to receive the victim’s treatment on the left side of the said 5-day passenger vehicle at a speed of about 50km per hour, and continued to suffer the victim’s treatment on the left side of the said 5-day passenger vehicle at a speed of 50km, such as the above 5-day driver’s license and the above 5-day driver’s tension in the above 2-day driver’s license.
