However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On March 7, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) at the G Licensed Real Estate Office where the Defendant, located in F at Macheon-si, works as a brokerage assistant, he/she had the intent to forge a real estate sales contract with the intent to apply for a loan of KRW 2.50 million to a bank by collateral the land of KRW 197,600,000, the actual sales price of which is KRW 197,60,000; (b) at the column of the location of the real estate where the site for the real estate sales contract was located at that space, he/she had the seal attached to I’s office in the column of the location of the real estate office; (c) in the name of the broker office, “G Licensed Real Estate Agent Office F”; and (d) in the column of the name of the office, “I”, “J” in the column of the representative and seal affixed to I’s name and seal.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, the Defendant forged the column of a broker of a real estate sales contract in the name of I, which is a private document concerning a certificate of fact.

2. Around March 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for real estate mortgage loan with the Mineyang Agricultural Bank located in Mineyang-si, Gwangjuyang-si; and (b) granted a false real estate sales contract, which forged the broker column as described in paragraph (1), as if he/she were aware of the fact, to L who was actually aware of the fact.

3. The fraud Defendant applied for a loan of KRW 2,50,000,000 to L who belongs to the Bank of Mineyang Korea as collateral at the time and place indicated in paragraph 2, and the purport that “the sales price of the above land is KRW 367,00,000” was “the sales price of the above land is KRW 367,00,000,” and the broker column created a real estate sales contract under the name of a licensed real estate agent I

However, the above real estate sales contract was forged by the defendant as stated in Paragraph 1, and the actual sales price of the above land was limited to KRW 197,600,000, and even if the defendant receives a loan from the victim, he/she shall be used as personnel expenses, etc. related to the construction project that the defendant was under way.
