1. On January 8, 2013, around 01:10, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties in relation to criminal investigation by assaulting the D District police officer E on one occasion due to the defect to be arrested in the act of assault as stated in the charge of dismissing the prosecution under the following, by assaulting the D District Police Officer E, who was dispatched within the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C main office. On January 8, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties in relation to criminal investigation. 2.
