1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On May 1, 1978, the Plaintiff was discharged from military service as a staff member of the Navy and was discharged from military service.

On January 31, 1983, discharged from military service.

B. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant applied for a re-examination to the Defendant on July 28, 2015, as recognized by the Plaintiff, for a re-examination.
