A. C. Group A lease contract such as the conclusion of a lease contract - Lease object A - Lease Period: Group A - August 15, 2015: 360,90,000 won (including securities 90,000,000) - Monthly rent: 20,050,000 won - Lease Contract for Group B lease - Group lease object: B group lease period from July 6, 2012 to August 15, 2015 - Deposit: 387,90,000 won (including securities 90,000,000 won) - Monthly rent: 21,50,000 won as a successful bidder, and the Plaintiff was determined as a successful bidder on July 6, 2012 and the Plaintiff on July 6, 2012.
