The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around July 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim D was sleeped, sleeped, and boomed on the street in front of Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, for the reason that the victim D was sleeped, sleeped, and brud, and abused the victim by sleeping and pushed the victim with his hand.
2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.
On May 12, 2017, after the prosecution of this case was instituted, the victim D, on the records, can recognize the fact that he expressed his wish not to punish the defendant.
Therefore, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
