1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 55,481,514 and KRW 42,306,730 for double KRW 52,30 from December 2, 2013 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It is as shown in the Attached Form “Cause of Claim”;
(4) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice). (4) The term “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”, and Article 27.9% per annum shall be corrected to 25% per annum.
