However, the execution of imprisonment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Intrusion upon a structure;

A. On June 11, 2018, around 13:00 and around 18:00, the Defendant intruded against the victim’s will with a view to taking the part of the body part of the female customers by a primary small camera (proof No. 1) in the D shop managed by the victim C, an employee of the first floor of the building B Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. On June 15, 2018, at around 12:37, the Defendant intruded against the victim’s will for the purpose of taking the body parts of female customers in a small camera.

On June 19, 2018, the Defendant intruded against the victim’s will for the purpose of shooting the body parts of female customers in a small camera in around 17:20 on June 19, 2018.

2. Around 12:37 June 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) set up a super-small-sized camera (No. 1, approximately 4cm wide, approximately 1.5cm long) with the upper left side of the D shop; (b) taken pictures of the body parts of the victim (the name of the victim cannot be known;) who is a store customer with a fluenc pattern and a string short verification color on the basis of Myanmar.

The Defendant continued to have taken the body part of the victim, who is a guest with a black and fluorial mix, under the fluorial mar of another victim (no name may be known, female), who is a customer with a fluorial mar, influorial marcing.

Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, against the victims' will.
