1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 7, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: acquisition by agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant on October 22, 2014, as well as 150,000,000 won by transfer or takeover contract between the plaintiff and the defendant;
