The defendant is a person who has no fixed occupation.

At the request of Scar B, the Defendant was issued one copy of the modern card under B in the name of B in the process of purchasing automobiles in the name of B, and was in possession of the card, which led to the need for money due to economic difficulties, and was in mind to receive loans in the name of B by using the above card as if B was in the name of B.

1. On April 8, 2015, the Defendant applied for Internet banking credit loans using the said card as if he/she took a telephone conversation with a person in charge of lending the victim’s Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. as if he/she was in person B and would normally repay the loans.

However, in fact, the defendant applied for a loan with the credit card in the above name B without the consent of B, and was in excess of the debt as the bad credit holder at the time, and there was no intention or ability to repay even if he did not receive a loan from the injured party due to no special property or income.

The defendant deceivings the victim as such, and the defendant has used 5.7 million won of loans from the victim, i.e., the victim.

B was transferred to the SC bank account in the name of SC.

2. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant applied for credit loan using the said card as if he/she had talked with a person in charge of telephone conversations with his/her employee in charge of loans in the name of Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. and would normally repay loans.

However, in fact, the defendant applied for a loan with the credit card in the above name B without the consent of B, and there was no intention or ability to repay the loan as above.

The Defendant deceivings the victim as such, and then, he was transferred KRW 20 million from the victim, i.e., the loan, to the bank account in the above name B.

3. On October 5, 2015, the Defendant is a victim Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd.
