A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was a child care teacher who cares for three years of age (two years of age) as a child care teacher of "child care center" D in Suwon-gu, Busan.
1. 2.
