부당징계구제재심판정취소
1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation.
The party status intervenor was established on April 10, 1957 and employed about 7,700 workers at all times to engage in the business of manufacturing, spating, processing, and selling chemical fibers. The plaintiff is a person who entered the intervenor on August 1, 200 and worked as the deputy head of Central IndustriesPG (PU) Electric Power Group (PU).
On October 21, 2014, an intervenor of the instant disciplinary action against the Plaintiff, following the resolution of the General Disciplinary Committee, was subject to three months of suspension from office (date of birth: December 1, 2014); and the Plaintiff received the written disciplinary action following the date of the instant disciplinary action.
【Disciplinary Reason of this case】
1. That in-house paintings are substantially impeded by duplicating or criticisming the team members under his/her control or by posting a mersh with the content of indicating the methods of handling affairs of another person and indicating his/her meritorious services to the team leader or his/her team members several times;
2. To impair the honor of other persons by sending e-mail that has defrout or criticizes other persons, such as its team members, on several occasions, such as the team members, team leader, and officer in charge;
3. The reputation of the team member C has been damaged by means of continuous verbal abuse, coercive behavior, etc. and has interfered with the formation of the team.
4. Dispatching e-mail, text messages, etc. several times to the head of the relevant team, the executive officer in charge, the personnel management team leader, etc., and making intimidation, which contain the contents that the former team leader, who was subject to sub-evaluation in the personnel evaluation in April 2014, would width through internal agencies, media, etc., such as lending money from his/her employees;
5. Requests the officers and employees of the customer company to pressure the Intervenor in order to accomplish their request for review or to resolve problems arising from such request.
