1. Within the scope of the property inherited from the network D, to the Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B is 33,687,735 won and 33,546.
The Plaintiff loaned 60 million won to the network on August 13, 2018 at the rate of 60 months, interest rate of 15.9% per annum, and interest rate of 18.9% per annum. The Plaintiff terminated the loan contract on April 22, 2019 due to the network D’s delay in repayment of principal and interest, and the Plaintiff’s termination of the loan contract on April 22, 2019. As of April 24, 2019, the Plaintiff’s claim for the principal and interest on the network D’s interest rate of 56,146,224 is without dispute between the Plaintiff and the Defendants. According to the evidence evidence evidence No. 1, the Defendants, the heir of the network D’s heir, were recognized to have received an adjudication on approval of re-approval inherited from the Gun branch of the Jeonju District Court on June 7, 2019 (i.e.,, the Defendant’s share of inheritance 36,787,73425,36425 26.25
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
