A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
The defendant gold 1,00,000 won to C who is an applicant for compensation, and gold d to the applicant for compensation.
Punishment of the crime

1. Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deception, received KRW 900,000,000 from the victim on June 8, 2013, KRW 200,000 on July 8, 2013, KRW 200,000 on July 9, 2013, and KRW 300,000 on July 10, 201 from the Defendant’s agricultural bank account and the Defendant’s new bank account.
2. On June 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim C, who is an officer of the KFF, in the said construction site; (b) by deceiving the victim C, which is an officer of the KF, in the same manner as paragraph (1); and (c) by deceiving the victim, on July 1, 2013, KRW 100,000,000 on July 8, 2013; (d) KRW 100,000 on July 9, 2013; (e) KRW 250,000 on July 15, 2013; and (e) KRW 1 million on July 35, 2013, as the Defendant’s agricultural bank account.
3. The Defendant, against the victim D, by deceiving the victim D, who is the wife of H, at the construction site on June 2013, and in the same manner as paragraph 1, and deceiving the victim, who is the wife of H, in addition to the sum of KRW 200,00,000 on July 8, 2013, and KRW 200,000 on July 13, 2013.
