Punishment of the crime
On November 15, 2013, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a Bbenz vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 300 meters from the 300-meter section from the front side of the National Bank of 4538, Sungnam-si, Manam-si, without a driver’s license, to the front side of the said Samsung Fire.
