On March 27, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement that “the cell phone” was connected to the Defendant’s portable phone, and sold “the cell phone” using the Defendant’s portable phone, and then deposited KRW 100,000 to the victim C who reported and contacted this article, the Defendant sent the “the cell phone.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell his personal phone to the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was immediately transferred KRW 100,00 from the damaged party to the NongHyup Bank account (E) under the name of goods payment, from that time until August 18, 2015, and received KRW 1,641,00 in total from 15 victims, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, from August 18, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive property.

The Defendant, along with D, tried to open a cellular phone in F’s name with the fact that he kept the resident registration certificates of D’s friendship F, prepared an application for joining a cell phone as if he was delegated by F, and tried to do so with F’s phone sales store employees by receiving a phone verifying whether the said delegation was given.

On February 25, 2015, in the new mobile phone sales store located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, 392 (State-dong), it shows F’s resident registration certificate to G employees of the above sales store and shows that he/she was delegated by F, and at the monthly month of the living year of the subscriber who applied for LG Plus subscription, stated “H”, “F” in the column of the buyer, buyer, and applicant, signed by G, and the Defendant confirmed whether he/she was delegated by G, and said that he/she took place as if he/she was F, and delegated D with the opening of the cell phone.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, has the name of LG U.S. F, a private document related to rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.
