The Defendant is a person who operates a "F Child Care Center", which is a private child care center in the Jeonnam-gun E.

The defendant, by reporting the branch as a child care teacher and receiving childcare fees for the purpose of supporting the child care center, etc., and illegally received the relevant subsidies.

The Defendant: (a) around November 2009, the Defendant: (b) prepared a false payment ledger, disbursement resolution, etc. despite the fact that he did not work as a wife-type G infant care teacher; (c) applied for childcare fees; (d) received childcare fees of KRW 350,00 from the Korea Health and Welfare Information Development Institute of Information on Victims; and (e) from that time until March 201, he received childcare fees of KRW 14,592,00 in total on 21 occasions, such as falsely reporting H who did not work as a paper-type general teacher, as described in the attached list of crimes (1) and (2) from that time to March 201, and falsely reporting H as a paper-type general teacher; and (e) received childcare fees of KRW 7,296,00 in total by fraudulent means.
