A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Punishment of the crime
When the Defendant instructed to demand the repayment of financial right loans, the Defendant stolen the resident registration certificate kept in the West of the victim C, which is the same company, and used it to establish a bank account of his female, and used it to borrow money from the lending company in the name of his female.
1. On March 25, 2013, the Defendant entered “C (Signature)” in the column of loan amount in the form of a loan transaction contract sent by mail from the Suwon-gu IBD Loan Co., Ltd., “C”, “Seoul million won in the first loan amount column”, “Seoul million won in the contract date column”, “0 on March 25, 2013,” “0 March 25, 2018,” “37.92% in the column of the loan interest rate,” “37.92% in the overdue interest rate column,” “C” in the overdue interest rate column, “C” in the name of the debtor, and “C” in its name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant is a well-beingd loan transaction contract, which was in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.
