1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From October 21, 2016, 3,500 won and above.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: On February 12, 2015, the Plaintiff leased real estate listed in the attached list to the Defendant with a deposit of KRW 3 million, monthly rent of KRW 350,000,000 per month, and one year for the term of lease. Since the Defendant is in arrears for at least ten months, the lease contract is terminated, and the Plaintiff claims delivery of the building, overdue rent, and unjust enrichment.
