1. The Plaintiff:
(a) Defendant A: the real estate listed in Section 1 of the Schedule of Attached Property 1;
B. Defendant B shall provide attached real estate 1.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The defendant A shall be the heir of C; 2. The defendant A shall be the defendant A by means of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3)). The defendant B shall be the defendant B by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The portion dismissed, pursuant to the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) and enforced June 1, 2019, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the Defendants is dismissed.
