The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that the court below found the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by violating the principle of free evaluation of evidence

Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal nor any statement of the grounds for appeal in the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
