The defendant is an employer who operates a building management business by making four regular workers of the building in the Ilyang-si Seoul Metropolitan City.

1. The Defendant is working in the foregoing workplace from June 28, 2012 to November 1, 2013.

The retired worker D's minimum wage difference amounting to KRW 9,224,00 has not been paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties.

2. The Defendant did not pay KRW 1,918,670 of the retirement allowance of the said employee D within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date for payment at the time of the party’s death.

3. The Defendant did not pay 1,166,40 won ordinary wages of 30 days to D at least thirty (30) days without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, within fourteen (14) days from the date of retirement.
