1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,719,513 as well as 20% per annum from June 3, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. With the trade name of “C” as the indication of claim, the Plaintiff engaged in the business of making plastic framed boxes in the name of “D”, supplied goods to the Defendant who conducts the business of manufacturing plastic stuffs and packaging containers and containers from July 2, 2014 to November 30, 2014; and 49,719,513 won and damages for delay that have not been paid;
