Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On September 6, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.077% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km from the front day of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of Eunpyeong-gu 13-ro 30 and the front day of Busan C Mt Motor Vehicle from September 6, 2015.
