The court below determined a punishment by reducing the amount of fine for a summary order by fully taking into account the circumstances favorable to the defendant, and there is no change of circumstances that may differ from the court below's judgment and punishment when considering the fact that the amount of damage reaches 20 million won, and all other matters concerning the sentencing specified in the records and arguments of this case, it cannot be deemed that the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable since the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable. Thus, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
