1. The defendant shall pay 190,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 5, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal are amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the portion of the claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum after June 5, 2019 shall be dismissed.
