【Criminal Facts】

1. Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by destroying door gate at night and impairing a structure.

2. 절도 피고인은 2018. 8. 28. 14:40경부터 같은 날 18:20경까지 사이에 인천 계양구 E상가 6층 관리사무실에서, 그곳에 보관되어 있던 피해자 F 소유인 시가 합계 19만 원 상당의 플라스틱 공병 10개, 표주박 30개, 테니스공 60개, 놀이매트 1개, 해바라기 꽃 9묶음, 쌀됫박 30개 등이 들어 있는 택배 상자 6개를 가지고 가 절취하였다.
