However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 10, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for the same crime in the same court on July 18, 201, and a summary order of KRW 8 million as a fine in the same court on October 8, 201.

On November 1, 2017, the Defendant driven B 13 km from the 13km section to the front road of the same 1587 km, from the walan beach parking lot located in Bosung-gun, 0.054% of alcohol level during alcohol level, while under the influence of alcohol at around 19:45, the Defendant driven B walon truck from the 13 km section at the front road of the same military acquisition level.
