1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 30% per annum from October 5, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

(However, on May 1, 2015, the Plaintiff withdrawn the Plaintiff’s claim regarding KRW 5 million from the Plaintiff’s mother’s mother’s mother on May 2, 2015 (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
