On August 26, 2012, at around 20:20, the Defendant reported that young people were employed at the front of the route bus bus stops in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of public duties in relation to the measures to protect the drinking children by taking care of the police officer when he went to the road without permission.
