A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
The evidence of seizure Nos. 2 through 15 shall be confiscated from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall conduct an act of smoking or taking in marijuana or its seed coats, or carry marijuana, its seeds, or its seed coats for the purpose of doing the said act.
1. On Nov. 1, 2015, the Defendant, holding seeds of the hemp plant, collected approximately 12 rootss of the hemp plant that were born at the E posts located in the Seocho, and built at his residence, from that time until April 14, 2016, the Defendant stored approximately 231.62gg and 324.2gg of hemp seeds, i.e., hemp seeds stored in the hemp plant, for smoking on a gallon, which is a vehicle of the Defendant, for the purpose of smoking at a gallon, from that time to April 13:34, 2016.
2. Smoking of hemp plants:
A. On January 2016, the Defendant: (a) made a pipe of Aluminium in neighboring housing units of H at the time of permanent residence of a patrolman; (b) inserted 0.2g marijuana leaves in its inner part; and (c) smoked marijuana by attaching the pipe’s leaves to the pipe.
B. On April 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) set a fallon in a daily gallon with G gallon; (b) set a pipe in the relevant area; (c) put a pipe in the alinium finium; and (d) smoked marijuana by attaching the pipe’s leaves into the pipe, and attaching it to the pipe.

On April 12, 2016, the Defendant made a pipe at the Defendant’s house located in F at the time of permanent residence at around 13:00, and puts the marijuana leaves of 0.2g in its inner part, and smoked marijuana by attaching the pipe’s leaves to the pipe.
(d)
On April 13, 2016, the Defendant made a pipe at the Defendant’s house located in F at the time of permanent residence on April 22, 2016, and puts the marijuana leaves of 0.2g in its inner part, and smoked marijuana by attaching the pipe’s leaves to the pipe.
