1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 6, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On March 10, 2009, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent 35 million won to C on March 10, 2009 at the time when the agreed bank deposit interest rate, and the time when repayment was requested. The Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above obligation of C.

The plaintiff requested the defendant to repay the debt several times, but fails to pay the debt, so the plaintiff is claiming the defendant to pay 35 million won and damages for delay.
