1. The Defendant is jointly and severally and severally with B and C with KRW 50 million and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 23, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff is the assignee of the claim finalized by the Seoul Central District Court case No. 2007Kadan67423.
The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the foregoing claim.
(2) Articles 208(3)2, 150(3), and 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (abstinence by a person who is the representative liquidator of the defendant) of the Civil Procedure Act (abstinence by himself/herself); and (c) at the same time, claims against the defendant corporation are recognized.
