1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 33,117,859 and KRW 31,411,475 out of them to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On October 10, 2005, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant for the interruption of extinctive prescription against the above payment order under the Yan District Court Decision 2005Da3919, and received a payment order as stated in Paragraph (1) from the above court on October 10, 2005. The above payment order becomes final and conclusive on October 29, 2005.
